Undo the screws at front of side panel 

then remove rear panel screws 

same the other side 

side panels are now free 

you need to undo these allen headed bolts too 

both sides .

under the seat is CDI PV controller

flasher unit , regulator 

last 2 screws are under the seat panel 

it will now pull of f

giving full access to under seat components
