me i do not bother i am happy with the standard bikes as they are , but have done most of these things over time but never all together , i am more interested in longevity and costs !!.

fitting this stuff really does not make all that much difference and does not warrant the costs imo and is only really necessary on track to alter you bikes characteristics for differing tracks .
