this is not an in depth tuning guide just a guide to parts available , it up to you to find out the gains or losses experienced by changing these parts and also to ensure you bike is set correctly after .
me i do not bother i am happy with the standard bikes as they are , but have done most of these things over time but never all together , i am more interested in longevity and costs !!.
fitting this stuff really does not make all that much difference and does not warrant the costs imo and is only really necessary on track to alter you bikes characteristics for differing tracks .
but if you want to its all out there !!
